Attention, all educators! Are you ready to embark on an unforgettable journey through the heart of San Diego? We invite you to hop aboard the iconic orange and green Old Town Trolley for an immersive experience of San Diego’s historic landmarks and panoramic views. This private 2-hour guided tour is just for AVID and will be led by a knowledgeable and friendly conductor, who will take you through Old Town State Park to the Embarcadero along the Harbor and next to the USS Midway and Maritime Museums, into Seaport Village, through San Diego’s Historic Gaslamp Quarter and Barrio Logan, over the beautiful Bay Bridge to the Island of Coronado, and to Balboa Park and Little Italy. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, there’s something new to discover with Old Town Trolley Tours while you connect with other educators!

  • This is a walking activity; please wear comfortable shoes. 
  • Bring a water bottle. 
  • If there is a chance of rain, bring an umbrella. 
  • You may form teams of two to six prior to the event, or we can assist you in finding a team on-site.
    • If you form a team in advance, choose a team name and a group leader. All other team members should join the same team during the setup process.

    • The activity join code will be shared on the evening of the event.
